We are bringing our community together for an event celebrating self-expression and the impact of fashion.
How we present ourselves to the world, from what we wear to our fashion choices, is a visual extension of our personality. And what about the power fashion has on the world in which we live?

This event is for everyone. Personal style is a touchstone for many things, connecting to race, class, gender, sexuality, disability, and so many aspects of culture and identity. Our mission is to help individuals feel welcome and understood, to create conversations, and to foster connections (a thing we call Alchemy).

We will also delve into the impact of fashion: the personal and societal actions taken to lessen our environmental impact. With the production (and disposal) of clothes on overdrive, the consequences of fashion are unfolding before our very eyes. Let’s talk sustainability, how to buy better, and catalysts for change.

And what is style, anyway?

It’s not just about looking pretty. It’s playful. It’s sentimental. It’s cheeky and it’s comfortable. If you love charity shops and vintage fashion, let’s talk. If you don’t give a passing thought to fashion, that’s a fashion statement too.

This is a judgment-free zone to connect with people in a natural way through our Dots.
